I have been using Adobe Photoshop Elements since version 7, and the 2020 version is a piece of garbage. Takes over 20 minutes to install. Installed the trial premier version, didn't want to pay another $99.00, so I deleted it, then had to reinstall the basic 2020 version to get Elements to work again. You need the serial number to register and update your Photoshop Elements or Adobe Premiere Elements, and use it as the full version. The serial number for Photoshop Elements starts with 1057 and for Premiere Elements starts with 1143.
If you downloaded your product from Adobe.com or you have registered it already, you can find your product serial number from your Adobe account.
